100% Offline Programming: The Basis of Virtual Engineering


Comau is able to offer unmatched solutions for offline programming, thanks to Smart H4 Robot. The H4's weld gun harness is encased in the robots forearm. This allows the complete robot package to be programmed 100% off-line.

Our calibration procedure allow us to have minimum difference between the real arm and its virtual model. Results obtained in practice:

  • Installation of complete body shops without teaching robot positions
